Exercise
When you go to the gym for the first time in your life don't make the common mistake of going for the heaviest weight just to be a showoff. What you need to do is use what is called a pyramid principle which means start with lightest weight and work your way up. You do this for 2 reasons #1. Is to avoid injury and #2. To learn the proper form of the exercise so that you will get the most out of each and every exercise each and every time. And don't forget to ask someone to spot you if needed!

The dangers of prescription drugs
We as Americans whenever we get sick we go to our doctors and he or she either does a surgery or they write a prescription for us to take. But what a lot of us don't realize is those prescription drugs have toxins in them that cause dangerous side effects. One of the side effects is causes is death and the way that happens is the toxins trick the brain into thinking that we need to take the drug more often than we do, as the toxins build up in the body and the slowly shut down the bodily functions and the you eventually die.

Stress
Stress is one of the worse things that you can ever do to the body because when your under stress the body reacts to a flight or fight response digestion slows down or even stops cholesterol levels rise and your entire immune system is suppressed continual stress can be particularly dangerous because it will eventually wear the entire body out. And so here is some advice on how to lower your stress levels #1. Eliminate some of the stressful stuff in your life like I did or when you get stressed out do deep breathing exercises for 2 minutes in a row.

Addiction
There are a lot of so called experts out there that think that if you quit an addiction cold turkey that it is the best way to cure yourself of that addiction. Well let me tell you they couldn't be more wrong and here is why when you quit cold turkey you have 3 problems #1. you have to deal with the withdraw symptoms like the shakes, the jitters, the intense cravings for the addiction. #2. your chances of going back to that addiction goes sky high. #3. If you try again in the future to quit that addiction in the future it will be a lot tougher to quit no matter what method you try. This is the way to cure yourself of that addiction and the right way is solution #4. Slowly reduce the amount of cigarettes or the amount of alcohol you drink or whatever your addiction is and you won't have to worry about any of the problems that I talked about above because you have given your body enough of a chance to get use to the fact that it won't have that compacted gunk in it's system and you will be cured 100% for life no matter what!

Heart Disease
Heart disease is caused by greasy fatty foods which cause blood platelets to stick together that form clots which prevents proper blood flow to the heart which puts an enormous amount of stress on the heart and it eventually shuts down. The best way to cure heart disease is to slowly reduce every 2 weeks on the greasy fatty foods because this is the best way to keep you away from the greasy fatty foods that causes heart disease!
