A lot of people out there seem to think that just because you see them in certain health clubs that tanning booths are safe. Well I hate to tell you this but they're not safe at all and here is why. There are actually 2 reasons why they're not safe. #1. They destroy skin cells through the ultraviolet lights in them. #2. They cause skin cancer and if you don't believe me then check this website out!

And so I have 2 suggestions to naturally solve this problem
#1. As much as you can limit the amount of time you spend in the sun
#2. If you must go out in the sun wear light color clothing (No darks) so the sun won't affect you as much. As for the length of your shirts it must be long sleeve. The reason why I say no dark clothing is because dark color clothes attract heat so it will cause sunburn (Skin damage) because the sunburn killed some of your skin cells. Light color clothes repel the heat so no sunburn.
