Hyperventilation

If you are Hyperventilating It means that you are not getting enough oxygen in the lungs. It could and most likely be caused by smoking or by excess weight on the body due to unhealthy eating patterns or other problems. But here is an all natural way to take care of it. What you need to do is sit down if your not sitting down already and if you need to pull the car over do that but what you need to do is put your hands on your legs or on the knees your choice and close your eyes and take some slow deep breaths in and out for 2 minutes straight what this technique will do is slow down your breathing to the point where you will no longer be hyperventilating.
