Dehydration

When you have a consistent weather it be wet or a dry cough or a raw scratchy throat that does not mean that you are sick. What it could mean and most likely could mean is that you are dehydrated. The body needs 8 ounces of purified water every day to stay hydrated and working properly and the best water that I have found for the body is Fiji bottle water, notice  I didn't say Tap water because Tap water is actually bad for you with the chlorine and the fluoride made from waste aluminum and the led and pesticides in it so stay away from Tap water. Another good idea for clean purified water if you have it or could get it is a reverse osmosis so keep these ideas in mind to stay properly hydrated ok?
