Nose Bleeds

Nose bleeds happen in a variety of ways like a punch in the nose. But one way that nose bleeds happen that a lot of people do not think about is when their nostrils go dry. When your nostrils go dry due to the dryness in the air they get raw and irritated and then start to bleed. So let me give you a natural idea that you may or may not of thought of. Get one of those visene spray bottles that you can get at places like CVS or Walgreen's or Wal-Mart and when you get it home empty the contents of the spray bottle and wash it out very thorough and fill it up with (Cold Purified Water) because warm Purified water will make the nostrils hurt more because when they get dry and irritated they also get warm and that is when they start to bleed. So give each nostril 2-4 squirts 3 time a day once in the morning and once in the afternoon and once in the evening. This will prevent the nostrils from getting dry and you will not have anymore nose bleeds.
