Exercise

When you go to the gym for the first time in your life don't make the common mistake of going for the heaviest weight just to be a showoff. What you need to do is use what is called a pyramid principle which means start with lightest weight and work your way up. You do this for 2 reasons #1. Is to avoid injury and #2. To learn the proper form of the exercise so that you will get the most out of each and every exercise each and every time. And don't forget to ask someone to spot you if needed!
