Stress

Stress is one of the worse things that you can ever do to the body because when your under stress the body reacts to a flight or fight response digestion slows down or even stops cholesterol levels rise and your entire immune system is suppressed continual stress can be particularly dangerous because it will eventually wear the entire body out. And so here is some advice on how to lower your stress levels  #1. Eliminate    some of the stressful stuff in your life like I did or when you get stressed out do deep breathing exercises for 2 minutes in a row.
